The Michiana Human Resource Association (MHRA) is an organization of Human Resource professionals in the Elkhart County area and surrounding communities. Our mission is “To promote and advance the profession of Human Resources in the Michiana area through various programs and activities” and to provide networking opportunities for members. MHRA provides programs that are intended to inform and educate members about relevant HR and related issues. Members are encouraged to share ideas and assist one another in meeting the complex challenges in today’s workplace.
Become a Member
All members must function within an HR capacity. Guests in the Human Resource profession are welcome and may attend two meetings before applying for membership. To become a member, one must complete an application and be interviewed by the MHRA board President. Application forms are available at the meetings or may be obtained from the Membership Coordinator. Following the interview, the candidate will be sent a letter indicating membership status. (Sales agents are discouraged from membership.)
